Strategic communications and insight

This team engages our audience through communications, digital content, marketing and CRM. It is led by Saskia Konynenburg as Director of Strategic Communications and Insight

CRM and data

This team oversees our customer relationship and finance systems so we can gain insights on how to best support voluntary organisations. It is led by Richard Tong as senior CRM and data officer

People and culture

This team oversees the hiring of staff across the organisation and supports them to thrive in their roles. It is led by Charmaine Goddard as interim head of people and culture

Information technology

This team is responsible for all our hardware, software and infrastructure needs as well as supporting staff and conference suite clients resolve queries. It is led by Osman Osman as IT manager.


Our facilities team look after our building and tenants as well as health and safety and our reception. The team is led by Michelle McErlean


Our conferencing team provide a great customer experience for our clients using our building and meeting rooms. The team is led by Debbie McNicholas
